We can repair/maintain existing equipment (fix stiff taps/valves, change cartridges or filters) replace fixture valves, replace main building shut-off valves, service water treatment equipment, make recommendations to solve existing problems, make improvements and offer ideas for increased piece of mind (back-up/emergency sump pumps, remote valve shut-offs, remote leak detection, etc.)
Drain Cleaning
We offer residential & limited small commercial drain cleaning & maintenance services. Whether it’s a clogged sink, bathtub or toilet, we can get it flowing freely again. We also offer snaking of smaller drains (hair clogs in the bathtub outlet pipe, build-up in the kitchen drain line) and of the main sewer under & leaving the house. Commercially, we offer all the same services as the residential sector, but we can also free up your mop sink, floor drains and access clean-out locations to address harder to reach blockages.

We offer annual backflow testing & surveys for our non-residential customers & keep them in compliance with their respective cities/by-law departments. We can install new devices, test/repair/maintain existing devices and make recommendations based on what the code requires and what the city is requesting.

From kitchen/bathroom remodels, basement finishing to partial or whole house/building renovations. We design the plumbing system to work with existing layouts.
